Ok, sorry to enter another jounal entry, but this one is a quest for info and or advice. The problem is that for the last few days, I wasn't able to come close to 1200 calories, without trhowing in an Atkins bar or shake. I am not doing it on purpose......I am just not hungry. I really want to be sure to do this the correct way, but what to do if I am just not hungry?

You really do need to get your calories up dear one..(at least 1500 for the average woman; 1800 min. for men) My recommendation would be to just add more healthful fats - this way you will get your calories up but not feeling like you are grazing all day. Healthy fats can be found in olive oil, heavy whipping cream, olives, cream cheese, protein rich foods like eggs & meat, mayo, butter - and snacking on deviled eggs is a great way to boost caloric intake without adding too many carbs. They make a great snack or add-on to a fresh salad.
