Well today I am going to get back to logging my food and drinks the best I can. I feel really great even though my dog, Molly thinks that a 6:30 am is a good wakeup time on the weekend. She is a good girl cuz at least it isn't a 5:00 am like Monday thru Thursday. Well here to a new beginning.

I'm right there with you. I think logging my food helps me see what I'm doing to my body.

me too. logging really keeps me motivated. I just need to make sure I log the bad food days too but they are equally as important. Happy logging all :)

I am so busy at work. I'm trying not to use that as an excuse not to log!
