Made it under the 100kg mark, this was a big goal as had trouble last year getting below it. but now after 10 weeks of hard work I made it and have kept going down. Normally I yo-yo but this time my eating plan seems to be working quite well as managing to stick with it and enjoy what I am eating, including a few treats now and then.
I am doing a high protein diet, lots of lean meat and fish, no pasta and very little bread, and even though I have had some bad food, by still eating lots of protein too, I have continued to lose weight. To boast matters My annual over 40 health check with all the usual blood tests came back all with in normal limits, last year blood sugar and cholesterol where a bit high.
It is hard work but I am getting there and when I start to think about all the hard work I have already done, I done want it to be a waste. I am a third of the way there, nearly 2 stone lost 4 to go. No new clothes until I get there. I want it to be my Christmas pressie to myself.
