I feel like I am starting to slack again. I have yet to complete any of my challenges for the week and only have 3 more days to go and I work on all of them.
I did get in a 20 minute bike ride, 2/3rds of 1 part of the biking challenge. And now I have to do 80 sit ups today, tomorrow, and then 40 on Saturday.
I did get an Xbox Kinect on Tuesday, but have yet been able to use it. I plan on getting in a 20min Biggest Loser workout today along with their fitness assessment. I am excited to try it out and hope I stay more interested in it than we did the Wii Fit.
