So far I did the following exercises
60 Alternating Dumbbell Biceps Curls with 1 lb soup can
30 of the Dumbbell Lateral Raises with 1 lb soup cans
60 of Dumbbell Side Bends not bad with 1 lb soup cans
100 calf raises of them will try and aim for more cause it was too easy lol
50 jumping jacks
Inner Thigh Squat Stretch exercise. did three 30 seconds hold
