I feel like I eat way too little calories almost all of the time. I get hungry like once a day and then I have to convince myself that it's okay to eat. I'm trying to keep my carb count under 20 and it's really difficult for me to eat what feels and looks like enough calories and stay under 20 carbs. Any advice??

At 414 calories in 2 meals I would say that you're way under what your body needs to run efficiently......if you're not careful your body will adjust to the extremely low calorie intake, and soon you will see no results at all. If you want to go low carb, then make sure that you're eating plenty of protein, and the rest of your food can come in the form of as many healthy fats as you want (as much as you feel satisfied, not stuffed!). The easiest way to set up a baseline template for this (you can modify it as needed) is: find a calculator online to calculate your body's daily caloric needs, cut it by about 400 calories a day, and make sure that you're comprising your diet of whole foods (none of that processed garbage), and drink plenty of water! As far as macronutrients go (this is for low carb, there are a lot of set ups that work as long as you're consistent and stick to it!): Carbs should be at about 20-30 grams daily, Protein should be 1/2-3/4 of your body weight in grams (eg. if you weigh 180lbs, then you would want to take in 90-135 grams), and Fat (healthy fats) should complete the rest of your calories daily. If you follow this you will be able to eat pretty much as much as you want, feel full throughout the day, and watch the fat burn away! I hope this helps!
