Lets see if I'm starting to lose again or if I'm still playing freeze tag with the same pound again. I cut down to two eggs in the morning to allow myself more calories throughout the day. I don't like to waste the yolk and maybe three whole eggs was unnecessary.

Last night I gave in to fried chicken tenders...so gooooood! I started snacking on the inside chicken while I was sitting there in my sweaty running clothes trying to support my girlfriends event without drinking. Then, I got a piece of the fried bad for you part, oOo, it was like an orgasm in my mouth. So those three tenders were my dinner and I'm thinking this weight is due to having no veggies sitting in my tummy.

I'm still amazed by my bodies new ability to process meat. Once I took the carbs away, no more chronic constipation and rock hard bloody stool.
