Doing fantastically. I managed a bike ride this evening, but I feel like I was riding like the wind. However the exercise diary says that anything less than 11 mph is "leisurely." Tell that to my screaming calfs! Been keeping with the diet, and it's still easy. Just the way I like it!
222.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
