Some days are easier..today is not one of those days...I feel exceptionally hungry today...but I will stay on track!

Eat lots of good fats and proteins. It helps tons with those unwanted hungers.:)

Thanks, you are right. I need some suggestions on "good fats" that others like? Any suggestions?
