Trying out the South beach diet. I am going to attempt the South beach diet since my little nurser eats more solids now I feel it is safe to try something other than calorie counting. There is no deprivation of food with this plan from what I can tell it is just changing your diet to cut out carbs for 2 weeks. Then the diet changes again which I think helps boost your metabolism some more. If anything nursing will likely help me meet my end goal of 120lbs. We will see. Wish me luck! Today is day 1!
