today is my third day of atkins. i need to start all over again. my weight nearly reached 60kg and this is forcing me to join back atkins diet.
i have lose almost 3kg for 3 days and i think it a great achievement! my target is to reach 54kg after this 2 weeks of induction phase.
may i have the courage along this journey..
