WHOA! 3 pound weight gain...I was doing so well maintaining, BUT...the last few days I have been eating mindlessly and IT SHOWS! Thanks for the weigh in reminder, I will not fail. I will get back on track without getting Psycho about food or working out!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

Catching it early and doing something about it is key. Sounds like exactly what you are doing, so good job!

3 lbs over a few days....you can take that back off nearly as quickly, a lot of it is likely water. I learned yesterday that when we take in excess carbs we also retain about an equal amount of water in our bodies. So drink lots of water over the next few days, watch what eat carefully, and you'll flush all that out.
