I might as well copy and paste posts from my past. I'm back. Again. Another daughter, house, and job later. Back at 178 pounds, but with a much more reasonable goal (150) for my now 35-year old, 2-kid having self.
My 10 year wedding anniversary is in January. I have 7 months to lose and maintain (and maybe lose a little more?!) before the family pictures I want to have taken then.
I want to have the energy to keep up with my girls, and the health to be around for them for many many more years. For the first time, appearances are also factoring in, because I don't want them to be embarrassed about their mom!
