Been on Herbalife for two weeks now. Week one - lost 2 lbs and 2 inches off waist. Week two - lost 2 more lbs and an additional 1/2 inch from my waist! Loving this new way of life :)

When u count your shakes,do you need to add extra for the milk.

Only if you use milk. Most times I just use water.
