I woke up this morning with a new determination to follow my prescribed plan to the "T" as I was when I first started at the end January. I had great success but my food addictions (soda and donuts) took over AGAIN! I refuse to let it win again. I can do it...I did it before. Stay strong. After all, the exercise I do really isn't worth it if I put garbage in my mouth, right?
Be conscious of my triggers: Job stress, an upcoming visit to my mothers, money. I can control those things.
