(sigh) well, ive been off my routine for over amonth now and after weighing in again this morning ive hit an all time high. i think that is all the incentive i need to get back on my routine immediately. my retirement ceremony is 31 days away, and i want to look good in my uniform. i should be able to loose at lease 15 pounds by then if i stick to my diet plan and excersize routine.
