Today is the day where I am actually going to start and stick to my get fit plan. I have been this weight for 3 years and hated it, always saying I am going to drop the weight. Well this is it! Happy March - happy me! :)
149.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
