What a surprise. It can't be "real"! Woke up this morning to 200.8 lbs ... yesterday I was 202.8 ... I know I can't lose 2 lbs in one day!!! But still .... those numbers looked really good on Frank!! It will be short lived ... I'm certain to see some fluctuation as I'll be eating out tonight and all of tomorrow. I will bring my bars with me and I will pay attention to when I am full, and make wise choices. It's my launching into the "real" world!! Tee Hee!! However, tonight, I am going to consume an alcoholic beverage or two!! So, I won't be home until Sunday late ... probably will not be on the computer until Monday. So I will weigh in on Monday .... right back in the saddle. It will be fun!! Kind of like a coming out party!!! Have a great weekend my friends ... wish me luck!!!
200.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have a fun weekend, you will do fine with your eating choices and yes you can lose 2 pounds that quickly when you are eating right. I only weigh myself once a week but when I did weigh myself daily that would happen, then I would be extra careful so it would stay off. If you have been staying the same then that is why Frank showed a loss. How sweet that is.

Early on I was weighing in almost daily and you can see the fluctuations were up and down, sometimes almost 3 lbs. It was really starting to stress me out, so now, while I do weigh myself every day, I only record it once a week.
