A little disappointed I did not lose any weight when I checked this morning. I think I am somewhat torturing myself checking every morning. Maybe I should do it once a week but dang I want to know how I am doing. Daily works better for me but may end up being what discourages me. Went out for lunch today where they serve fried fish (my favorite) but I was strong had grilled salmon, some black beans, and corn no butter. It was hard though I will say maybe not ready for going out to the big restaurants yet!! Ugh...Plus i wanted a cold beer so bad!!

I feel your pain. Restaurants are tough for me right now. I may think I'm doing great by getting the turkey chilli and a salad. But who really knows how that chilli is really made? It could be loaded with hidden fat and oil and I've sabotaged my diet again. I've learned over the past few weeks that it's best to stick with cooking my own stuff and bringing my lunch to work. I'm just not strong enough to not skip the drive-through or order something unhealthy because I didn't bring something to eat. I'm so proud that you got the salmon and black beans! YAY! YOU CAN DO IT!

Okay so “xdxyn”, I have been gone for a while... major "cheat weeks” i fell off the wagon badly. But I am back and feel better than ever, doing the power 90 in home boot camp! I bought tickets to Vegas last week so my time is now!!! ok so deal we weigh in together once a week..! ;-).. I would say every Friday!! What do you think?
