Crazy body - maintained last week and a 4 lb loss this week! I'm sure counting calories and 4 trips to the gym helped that number. I'm almost a quarter of the way to my goal! I also found out that a gallon of milk weighs 8.6 lbs. I've lost 3 gallons of milk in 13 weeks!!! Can you tell I'm excited?

We've also officially scheduled our engagement pictures for May 22nd - exactly 7 weeks from today. I would love to loose another 20 lbs by then.

220.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 85.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the good work, what you are accomplishing is wonderful! Not only looking better but health wise, you will notice how much better you feel and how much more energy you have. Way to go girl!
