After the nightmare of following Atkins and what it did to my body I had sworn I would never follow another "Diet" again. But then I heard about Dr. Ian Smith's Shred Revolution. It acutally teaches you how to make smart choices and realize what I need to do to be healthy.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
