My latest body composition readings via Tanita:

Weight = 164.7#
Body fat = 12.8%
Body H2O = 62.4%
Muscle mass = 136.5#
Physique rating = 8
BMR = 1841
Metabolic age = 20
Bone mass = 7.2#
Visceral Fat = 9

Added calcs:

Body fat = 21# = 73,500kcal = 40 days & 40 nights of reserve energy (I'm ready for the next flood!)

Interesting note is the metabolic age of 20 years. Not bad for a 66.5 year old ;)

Body fat of 12.8% makes me happy as that is down from 15.3% 2 months ago. For my age, I am actually a bit UNDER-fat. Heh, heh, heh. Never thought I would hear that term applied to "ME!"
164.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
