OK. I fell off the wagon, BIGTIME. When I come back here and see that I have put on 50 pounds it makes it even more depressing. I guess that giving up on myself has obvious physical consequences in addition to what I am feeling.

I am committed to getting back on track though.

Let's do this.

I occasionally fall off and then run behind the wagon for a period of time too. We get back up- that's what counts.
