Doing well so far! My goal is to get below 160 lbs. before moving to Phase 2. I haven't been less than 160 lbs in at least six years, so that will be a great psychological boost.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
