I really don't mind losing water weight. (1) I find it to be great motivation when starting a diet. (2) I like knowing that I can look so much better by just popping a few water pills.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing a great job logging your food. I remember getting to a place where I ate too few calories and things just stopped - eat as much protein as you can and drink tons of water - it's free! LOL
