Ohmigosh. I stepped on the scale yesterday. I GAINED 2 pounds. I'm not happy. I've recorded everything I ate for almost a week and I gain 2 pounds. Are you kidding me?!? I had my body comp. done at the gym at the beginning of this week, they told me I'm not eating enough. So, I ate more. And NOT bad stuff, I added yogurt and fruit everyday. And I gain 2 pounds. again... Are you kidding me!!!

It could be just be a fluke and one may not have anything to do with the other. Your increase may could be from a lot of different things, none of which have to do from food. Give it another week and see what happens. My scale is all over the place. I'll be up 4 pounds one day and down again the next. Exercise, sodium, hormones, medications,etc. can all effect the scale. Other things factor in too.
