So at 9pm tonight I randomly decided to go for a bike ride and 40 minutes later I had ridden 5 miles for the first time in years! On top of that my pants were too big by quite a bit today. I dont even have to feel guilty about the taco bell I had for dinner because I still stayed well within my calories for the day! Today was a good day!
