Well, I'm back on it again--two weeks or so and nearly every day is an accurate log (I think I missed one day). I've noticed that I do well as long as I stick with it. This time around, I'm not beating myself up for having a splurge day and in fact I recently read that splurging once in awhile helps the body to not plateau.
As long as I can be consistent, I know that I can do this. I've already had compliments though I haven't told anyone that I'm trying to slim back down.
80 lbs, not so tough.
