Not sure if that's all water weight. Ran a 5k last night. 33ish minutes. :)
But I'm sticking with iifym pretty close. Consistency is key.
134.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

33 minutes for a 5K is good way to go

Thanks Rockiesfan! When I started out two years ago I was not able to run more than a few minutes and I did walk/run couch to 5k app. One of my first ones was 49 minutes.

Cool and that is a big imporvement from when you forst started, I used to average about 26 minutes when I could run but after six knee surgeries and a fake knee I only run now if I am chased, but I do walk about three times a week I average about 14 minutes a mile.
