Have been playing Wii Fit about an hour a day, or at least try to. I do log in a minimum of 30 min. a day, though. I really enjoy the rhythm boxing and advanced step. I also enjoy the strength training, mainly the jackknife and torso twists, because it helps work my abs/side abs.

After I work out, I try to do a little balancing games to help have some fun after my workout.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Rhythm boxing and Advanced Step are two of my favourites too! I like to warm up with some balance games and then I do strength, aerobics, yoga, and follow it all up with more balance games. Keep it up! You're doing great.

I've been wanting to get the Fit since we have gotten our Wi! You are such an inspiration and your story is so moving. I bet your husband is going to flip when he sees you! I just started and really think hearing stories like yours are so helpful. Thanks for sharing!
