I am having slight cravings. Wanting chocolate, so, thankfully I had a Atkins bar in my purse so I didn't have to hit the vending machine. It did put me over my carb limit for the day, but I feel good about not having totally blown by eating something that is not Atkins friendly.

Good for you, ALee... I know the feeling! I've just discovered the Atkins Peanut Butter chocolate crisp or something like that :) 2 net carbs, and it really, really, really helped with my sweet desires :) Hate to give in to any cravings - and what I usually do, when I feel that old nasty carb monster gnawing away at me, is look to see if I had eaten any foods that could be considered a "trigger" food for the cravings. More than likely, I've eaten a meal with too many carbs and not enough protein. It's rather amazing to see, but real, nonetheless! Good on you, though, for staying the course!
