I am happy to say that my weight is coming off again woohoo!! Still going to eat properly and not think to much about it because that stresses me out. I am just going with the flow and having fun, doing more things and activities. Did some good walking on Friday and Sunday. Sunday went to a Baseball game and it was fun, had a blast! I was out the whole day pretty much just walking around downtown and Today I am exhausted and feeling good :) AND I might just take a little nap lol.
