Ok so I've been on a plateau and haven't been logging my food or watching my portions, so I've made a commitment to log for the next 3 days and I'm going to limit my consumption. I think that it comes down to being aware of what your putting in your mouth and when I see it on paper, it really makes a difference in my weight, so hopefully the habit of logging comes back and I can see the results in the effort in the mirror. Wish me luck!

This is true when i hold myself responsible to write down/record what i eat. Its a difference in seeing it again. What has helped me is, i use my calories as money. My RDI is 2400 so in my mind i see that as I have $2400 a day to eat with. So when i see that strawberry ice cream that is 640 cals, i think "is it really worth $640 dollars....lol Good Luck and many blessings!!
