trainer had a great suggestion for keeping from going over on daily carbs: high protein low/no carb breakfast. that way if there is a special occasion lunch or dinner or anything comes up during the day it is easier to not go over the daily allowance!

it works! I have been eating 6 oz Chobani plain 0% yogurt with 1 scoop of protein powder and 1/4 cup berries. it's 40g protein 10g carb and less than 1g fat. and it tastes good.
132.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
