Very frustrated. I know muscle weighs more than fat but when ya work out 5 days of the week ya hope to see something.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your frustration many times over. Maybe try measurements to see ifyou're shrinking other places than just the scale!
