So I've been sick recently, and have lost weight (not a good thing though, since I have been only drinking fluids, and eating soups.) So needless to say I have not been following a diet, or exercise routine. However I am starting to feel better, and was able to eat some crackers this morning... so progress is coming. Just not as fast as I would like. It has been a rough month and a half, been sick on and off, flu type symptoms, not being able to eat like I would normally. And just all around blah feeling. Once feeling back to myself again, will kick start a comeback and lose the weight to reach my goal, in a healthy way. Until then... I will be drinking my fluids and trying to eat a little bit more each day.
