Day One
Making greek chicken with salad for dinner low fat mousse with sugar free gelatin for dessert
I have been exercising at least 45 min. a day and given up soda at the first of the year but have been dragging my feet on the food end. But I'm tired of feeling tired so - here we go!
I find lunches to be difficult. If we've made enough for dinner I take leftovers when possible but I work in an outdoor mall and sometimes I just find it so mud easier to go buy something from a restaurant versus planning and making something to take for lunch when it might be soggy and turning brown. I am also struggling from diet soda addiction. I 100% quite drinking it in January but with it getting hotter all I want is a nice cold Diet Coke and I can't seem to find anything to substitute to help curb the cravings.
