My weight has been fluctuating a bit but it is fluctuating at a lower range. That makes me happy. I have found if I don't weigh myself daily, I tend to lose control of it. I have had many many people tell me that they noticed that I have lost weight and I say, "Yes. A little." Looking back at my weight history here I see that I have lost over 20 pounds since last August. I didn't even realize it as I have been just slowly been losing the weight.

I also have a bunch of clothes in my closet. They are in a special cubby and I call them my ten pound pants (and stuff). About a month or so ago I tried them on, they did not fit. So, I called them my ten pound pants - if I lost ten pounds I could fit in them. I don't think I lost quite ten pounds but I am able to wear several of them now and I am happy with that. I have also been exercising at the gym for a couple months (when the kids don't have games) and walking when I am at games before they start.

So, this journey has been a long one, but then again, I didn't gain this weight in a few months.
