148.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Good afternoon. Because I am trying a new exercise regiment (T25) I have found I am putting on more muscle weight and so I have adjusted my goal weight from 148lbs to 150lbs. Transforming my shape more than my weight.
