Haven't actually weighed in in a while...had gotten back up to 176. Awesome. Hired a personal trainer, and am two workouts in. Started eating right again on Sunday, trained on Tuesday, did cardio yesterday, and i'm at 172.6 this morning. Wedding is in 5 months, have to get back on track. Training again tonight...hopefully i can continue the downward trend.
