Joined gym yesterday- will resume Weight Watchers Diet and increase my water intake. All three major steps- meeting daughter at gym every night to workout together.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
