Very good weekend full of very good food - I fully expected to gain weight, so I take this as a win. Now that I know for a fact that I can lose the weight, I don't feel bad about eating what I want every now and then.

That's great that you were able to enjoy yourself this weekend AND not gain anything. You're right, no need to fell bad about eating what you want on occasion, it's all about doing it occasionally, in moderation and control.

Yeah - it took me a long time to get there, but it becomes easier once you actually see real results and realize that you do in fact have the power to change your lifestyle and your habits. It only took 46 years, haha.
