I began a new healthy eating plan with exercise on 5/19/14. I will continue to follow this plan over the next couple of months in order to achieve a healthier weight over the summer. I commit to exercising 4 times a week or more. I am began a squat challenge on 5/27/14. The first day was 20 squats.
