This is nuts. I went to work...allow me to rephrase that. I WENT TO WORK pounding out Power 90 beginning three weeks ago with a ten minute get er done and now am up to 37 mins. The results are measurable but not on the scale! But my wrist watch used to be closed on the very last hole. Not one more hole left, my wrist was so thick. I have moved it up to the fourth hole now. My fat is disappearing but my numbers on the scale will not budge. What the heck is going on?!?

You are building muscle forget the scale for now. Measure your success with a tape measure. All that muscle will help you down the road.

The muscle burns fat more effectively anyway, so, as Pamji1128 said, forget the scale. Obviously you're getting positive results.
