It doesn't seem like I am eating enough calories; but actually I probably am eating too many calories on some days and not enough on others so that I end up binge eating which causes me to continue to be overweight. Also, am not able to exercise like I need to.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I had that alot too. I think the trick is to eat a steady amount of calories and not let ourselves get too hungry so we don't binge. Thanks for joining the challenge we can all do it together!
