Trained for a bikini fitness competition in which I came in 2nd place! The day of competition I was 110.5lbs

I know need to get back into regular foods, eating a little more fat and carbs in my diet!
112.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
