Bought myself a new scale just in time for the upcoming challenges. Unfortunately it shows + 1,8 kg, but i think its a result of the fact that the former scale and the new one is showing different results.
Anyhow, since last week, i have lost about 2-3 cm around my hips, chest and waist. Thats good.

Lost so far: 11.0 lb.
Still to go: 63.9 lb.
Diet followed 100%.
