Finally Friday ... YEA!!!
I have a busy day ahead of me. I'll be out and about visiting families all over the county so that will make the day pass quickly. I'm thinking about treating myself to a Subway Sandwich today ... since I will be "on the road" ... kind of hard to microwave my soup in the car!! LOL!! I am still working on increasing my calories ... didn't quite make it to 1400 yesterday but I did make it to the 1300 or so. Well, time to take the dogs out to do their business and finish getting ready for work!! Have a great day!!
204.6 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Mrs. H!! I'm working on it!! I'm very pleased with my weight loss and I think even more pleased that I am really focusing on planning to keep it off. It is so difficult not to fall into the "on" and "off" the diet way of thinking. This site has made a huge difference for me. Enjoy your weekend as well!!

Subs can be very healthy, go for it. If it is a bit warmer out roll the car window down and enjoy the smell of fresh air while you drive. I have been doing that and if makes me feel refreshed. Have a great day. :-)

You *should* certainly be pleased with your success :] getting 1300-1400 calories sounds really good, and even if you dont make it all the way up its all good. As long as you're eating for your body's needs, you're doing great. I have been thinking about subway today too lol that sounds great! you should go for it! have a great weekend love!
