Well, after falling into the typical whirlwind that is Weekend Chores, and realizing far too late that I had long lost all sense of time, a full 12 hours I should say, I knocked out my routine for today.

Now, since I took last Muscle Monday OFF, for a greatly needed respite from the world...and all of its non-necessary crap it had worked so hard to fling my way over the course of the week, I find myself wondering whether a second dose of Chest's should be in order, or perhaps another group; legs, or back n shoulders or maybe arms.

I do admit that the first dose went rather well, particularly with regard to the Recovery. I have been feeling spots of this ol' bird chest move and wiggle and poof, that, well, I don't believe ever have or did before. Oh what a feelin'...(sorry Toyota, I'm borrowing that one for the moment). LOL.

The other groups have never given to urgency for development by any means, it's just that I've never had the chest...so...

Anyway, 'nuff rambling...

Seize the day my fellow FatSecreteurs! It'll be well worth it....eh hem...even if it is.... twelve hours later.
