Yikes. I am not doing this the right way.

A break up led to not eating, which has led to an un-cute 130 (not a toned 130, but a sunken stomach rib cage kinda 130). Need to hydrate and get back on track.

Double yikes.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
